When do I receive my tickets after purchasing a suite?

Digital tickets will be delivered automatically once purchased. Digital tickets can be managed via the AXS Mobile App.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). ACH and wire transfer options may be available upon request.

Is full payment required at the time of booking?

Yes, full payment is required to confirm and secure your suite reservation.

Are there any additional fees?

All applicable fees are included in the pricing unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

All suite sales are final.

What happens if my event is postponed or rescheduled?

If a match is postponed, your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.

What if my event is canceled?

Planning Your Premium Experience

How and when do I order catering?

Catering is available to purchase by 2PM 3 business days prior to the event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, catering is optional and there is no minimum. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the stadium.

Can I purchase additional Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets for my suite?

Some suites allow additional SRO tickets. Please refer to your suite details or contact LA Galaxy Premium Seating at 877-604-8777 or [email protected] to check availability.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children under 2 years old are admitted without a ticket as long as they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Children 2 years and older require a valid ticket to enter Dignity Health Sports Park, including in suite areas.

What is the bag policy?

For safety, only clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12”, one-gallon clear freezer bags, or small clutch bags (hand-sized) are allowed. Larger bags like backpacks, purses, and luggage are prohibited. Medically necessary items are permitted after inspection.

Does my suite ticket provide access to other areas?

Yes, your suite ticket grants access to your suite and the American Express Stadium Club (if applicable).

Can I host a corporate event or special occasion in a suite?

Game Day Questions

Where do I park?

Single game suite rentals do not include parking. Parking passes are available for pre-purchase with your reservation.

Where is the VIP entrance?

Suite guests may use the Premium Entrances located at the Northwest and Southwest gates of Dignity Health Sports Park for expedited entry.

When does my suite open?

Suites open 90 minutes prior to kickoff unless otherwise communicated.

Can I order food and drinks during the match?

Yes. In-suite service is available throughout the match, and additional à la carte items can be ordered via your suite attendant.

If I have an issue with my suite on matchday, who do I contact?

Fans can text 502-4ASSIST (502-427-7478) during LA Galaxy games for any situations requiring additional assistance.
